Message From The Pastor

posted January 28, 2019
Greetings on this Monday morning! We had a great day on Sunday in our worship and observance of the Lord's Supper. That service was followed by a great time in our Men's Ministry.
I hope this finds you doing well this morning and giving glory to God Almighty. God loves you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Always keep your focus on Jesus; He is our strength and comfort. All of us must walk through times of darkness, but non of us have to walk through it alone. Jesus Christ is with you.
Let us strive to make sure that whatever we do is done for the glory of God. God loves you, always.
This Sunday, Feb. 3rd., will be Baptist Men's Day where our men will lead us in worship. On Feb. 16, at 5:00 PM our Youth will host a Valentine's Banquet which is always a great time for great food, fun and fellowship. Come out and support our young people and have a great time too! Sunday, Feb. 24th is Youth Sunday and they will be leading us in worship in the 11:00 AM service.
God is good all the time. Let us together strive to become all God has called us to be as we teach, preach, and live for the glory of God. I continue to challenge each one of us to pray, strive and work to lead, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, at least one person to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in 2019. It is not about me, it is not about you, it is about Jesus Christ and always keeping our focus on Him and giving Him the glory of it all. Together, we can become the New Testament and the Great Commission church God wants us to be.
See you Sunday!
In the Service of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Pastor Joe
